Kèr Sejeiē̼èd (/ˈseje/ /j̼ɛd/ [coincidence] [indigo]) is a subtropical Town located in the Quiegsan Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Kèr Sejeiē̼èd is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Sejeiē̼èd was founded by Vúchī̌sh Ca̋mér 'Bee Riley' Mboīsh Joi̋nvénv Ca̋m Nanne, who was culturaly Tauric.

Kèr Sejeiē̼èd was founded durring the late 15th century in spring of the year 1367, by Vúchī̌sh Ca̋mér 'Bee Riley' Mboīsh Joi̋nvénv Ca̋m Nanne. The establishment of Kèr Sejeiē̼èd suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Kèr Sejeiē̼èd which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Kèr Sejeiē̼èd was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Sejeiē̼èd is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Kèr Sejeiē̼èd is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive paverstone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. Kèr Sejeiē̼èd's timber-based walls has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.

Kèr Sejeiē̼èd has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Kèr Sejeiē̼èd ’s existence was once fed by scholarly pursuits. But the income once drawn in by the works of scribes and academics has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Everywhere about the town one can see abandoned schools, libraries, and other academic structures. Cultural Notes

Kèr Sejeiē̼èd's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words.
